President Petr Pavel will officially require to fire Bartos.

The prepared dismissal, which Fiala stated would take effect as. of Sept 30, came after Bartos stated he would resign as chief of. the Pirate party after their poor proving in local elections. over the weekend.

The Pirate party did not right away comment on Fiala's. announcement which came soon after he met Bartos on Tuesday.

Bartos has been deteriorated by a protest from state. administrators, home builders and designers due to faults in. executing a system of issuing structure authorizations in place since. July.

In the weekend election, his celebration lost nearly all seats in. local assemblies, prompting Bartos to say he was giving up as. party chairman.

Fiala, who heads a five-party judgment union, applauded 2. other ministers from the Pirate party, including Foreign. Minister Jan Lipavsky who has been the main voice of the. government's strong pro-Ukraine position in its war with Russia.

I am not giving a notice on the union contract, I am. asking the Pirates to propose a brand-new candidate for the post,. Fiala told a televised rundown.

The Pirates have simply four seats in the 200-seat lower home. of deputies and the judgment union would maintain a slim. bulk if they leave federal government ranks.
