Edison, Snam to reveal storage offer on Thursday, sources say

EDF's Italian system Edison and gas grid operator Snam are expected to reveal on Thursday an offer on gas storage properties with a base cost of nearly 600 million euros ($ 651 million), two sources with understanding of the matter said.

The initial offer will also include rate adjustments that might bring the final cost paid by Snam over 600 million euros depending on some future developments consisting of the result of an arbitration on one of the assets, the sources stated on Wednesday.

Snam and Edison decreased to discuss the concern.
