Jordan gets 5 participants in 120,000 T wheat tender, traders state

5 trading companies are believed to be taking part so far in the international tender on Tuesday from Jordan's state grains purchaser to acquire 120,000 metric lots of wheat, traders said in preliminary evaluations.

Individuals were believed to be CHS, Al Dahra, Ameropa, Cereal Crops and Solaris, they said. No purchase has yet been made and outcomes are expected later Tuesday, traders said.

Shipment in the tender for hard wheat was sought in a series of possible mixes in consignments of 50,000 to 60,000 heaps. Possible delivery combinations are in 2025 in the complete month of January and full month of February.

In its last wheat tender on Sept. 18, Jordan's state grains purchaser bought about 60,000 tons of wheat at an approximated price of $265.95 a lot cost and freight (c&& f) for delivery in the second half of December.

Jordan has actually also provided a different tender to buy 120,000 lots of animal feed barley with price offers to be sent on Wednesday.
