Slyusar, a Telegram user, said that all the injured were hospitalized.

He refused to say which industrial facility was on fire, but said that one of the blazes had been extinguished and the other contained by Wednesday morning.

Aleksandr Skryabin said that temporary housing was provided for families displaced from damaged apartments.

It was not possible to determine the full impact of this attack immediately. Ukraine has not commented on the attack.

Ukraine used drones against targets in Russia. They claim that such attacks are meant to weaken Moscow's energy and military infrastructure, and to respond to Russia's ongoing strikes on Ukrainian cities.
