United States energy firm Sempra indications non-binding offer to provide LNG to Aramco

U.S. energy company Sempra has accepted a nonbinding supply agreement with Saudi Aramco for 5 million tonnes per annum of melted natural gas from the Port Arthur LNG Stage 2 expansion job for 20 years, the companies said.

The arrangement considers Aramco's 25% involvement in the project-level equity of Stage 2, the companies stated on Wednesday.

In March, reported that Aramco was in speak with invest in the Port Arthur job in Texas.
