US company to probe deaths of two employees at Delta upkeep shop

The U.S. work environment security agency stated it is opening an investigation after two employees were eliminated and one hurt at a Delta Air Lines airline maintenance shop at the Atlanta airport on Tuesday.

WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia, mentioning sources, reported a Delta worker and a specialist were eliminated when a tire on a plane blew up while it was being eliminated. The aircraft had actually gotten here from Las Vegas on Sunday, the station reported.

The U.S. Occupational Security and Health Administration informed Reuters it was opening an investigation. The Federal Air travel Administration said it touched with Delta about the event.
