Colombian airline company Avianca prepares to in complete confidence declare US IPO

Avianca Group plans to in complete confidence declare an initial public offering in the United States, the holding company for the Colombian airline stated on Monday.

The airline is moving ahead with its noting more than 2 years after it emerged from insolvency.

Bogota-based Avianca was among the major Latin American airline companies that declared bankruptcy during the pandemic, harmed by a downturn in travel need.
