Governor says power restored in Russia's main Naval base after four days

The regional governor reported that power was restored to the town where 'Russia's main navy base is located on Tuesday after a?four-day blackout caused by the?collapsed of aging electricity lines during the bad winter weather.

Severomorsk is the home of Russia's most important naval command. It's located in the closed town on the?Barents Sea, Kola Bay.
