Greece to advise EU to provide medical aid to hurt Lebanese, minister states

Greece will advise the EU to provide medical treatment to injured Lebanese citizens, Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis told his Lebanese counterpart at a. meeting in New York, according to the Greek foreign ministry.

Gerapetritis told Lebanese Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou. Habib that Greece was concerned about the Middle East crisis and. the threat of its additional expansion, the Greek ministry stated in a. declaration on Wednesday.

It is definitely required to stop the vicious circle of. violence and confrontation, it said.

Greece will try to mobilise Europe to offer centrally and. at a European level medical help to Lebanese residents who have. been injured and are in need of treatment.
