Italian state railways will consider generating private financiers, CEO says

Italian railways operator Ferrovie dello Stato will study whether to look for outside financiers, including through a possible bourse listing, its freshly appointed president said on Saturday.

Inquired about a possible stock market flotation of the state-owned group, CEO Stefano Donnarumma said this was a. possibility within a broader series of options to attract fresh. capital and financing investments.
