The Turkish Foreign Minister will visit Moscow to discuss Ukraine and the Black Sea

A diplomatic source revealed on Monday that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan would reiterate Turkey's offer to host talks between Russia and Ukraine during a trip to Moscow in this week. He will also be discussing?Black Sea shipping safety? as well as the South Caucasus.
