Western nations consent to 'interrupt and deter' Russia shadow fleet, Estonia says

Twelve Western nations have agreed measures to disrupt and deter Russia's socalled shadow fleet of vessels in order to prevent sanctions breaches and increase the expense to Moscow of the war in Ukraine, Estonia's. government stated on Monday.
