CITIC to sell stake in McDonald's China, HK operations for $430.3 mln

China's stateowned CITIC Ltd. has actually accepted sell its 19.23% stake in the company. that operates fastfood chain McDonald's across China and Hong. Kong for $430.3 million, totally leaving business.

It will sell the stake in Fast Food Holdings to a system of. Chinese personal equity company Trustar Capital Partners, CITIC stated. in a declaration.

Fast Food Holdings owns 52% of the holding business handling. McDonald's services in mainland China and Hong Kong.
