Canadian tribunal ends Bitfarms 'poison tablet' against Riot

Bitcoin miner Riot Platforms stated on Wednesday a Canadabased tribunal has terminated competing Bitfarms' attempt to embrace a poison. pill to thwart its acquisition.

The cease trade order by Ontario Capital Markets Tribunal. terminates Bitfarms' toxin pill, which pondered a 15%. trigger, reliable instantly, Riot said in a declaration.
