South Korea's FLC buys about 66,000 T corn, traders state

South Korea's Feed Leaders Committee (FLC) purchased about 66,000 metric lots of corn anticipated to be sourced from South America or South Africa in a. offer on Wednesday, European traders said.

The corn was purchased at an approximated $242.99 a lot cost. and freight (c&& f) consisted of for arrival around Oct. 25 plus a. $ 1.25 a lot surcharge for additional port discharging, they stated.

Seller was said to be trading house ADM.

Reports reflect evaluations from traders and further. price quotes of rates and volumes are still possible later.

Delivery was for Aug. 17-Sept. 15 if from South America or. for Aug. 27-Sept. 25 if from South Africa. This was slightly. behind earlier requested.

If sourced from South Africa, just 55,000 lots need be. supplied.
