Airlines suspend flights as Middle East tensions rise

Issues over a larger conflict in the Middle East have prompted worldwide airline companies to suspend flights to the area or to avoid affected air area.

Below are some of the airline companies that have adjusted services to and from the area:

AEGEAN AIRLINES

The Greek airline cancelled all its flights to and from Beirut, Amman and Tel Aviv until Aug. 19.

AIR ALGERIE

The Algerian airline temporarily suspended flights to and from Lebanon till additional notification.

AIRBALTIC

Latvia's airBaltic cancelled all flights to and from Tel . Aviv till Aug.

CATHAY PACIFIC

Hong Kong based Cathay Pacific cancelled all flights to Tel . Aviv till March 27, 2025.

DELTA AIR LINES

The U.S. carrier extended the suspension of flights in between. New York City and Tel Aviv up until Aug. 31.

EASYJET
